Alexandra is an Associate Attorney whose practice focuses on corporate law, business planning and formation, corporate governance, contract law, and general counsel services within the firm’s private client services group. She brings a strong foundation in both legal and business strategy, shaped by experience in corporate and real estate clerking positions with law firms, and an internship in the legal and compliance department of a private equity firm with over $50 billion AUM.

Alexandra earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, where she was a Dean’s Merit Scholar and completed a concentration in the Business of Innovation, Law, and Technology. She received the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Transactional Skills I and served as a Junior Staff Editor on the Race and Social Justice Law Review. During law school, she also supported early-stage companies with transactional and regulatory needs as both a legal intern and clinical fellow in the Startup Law Clinic.

She graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh’s David C. Frederick Honors College, where she was a Nordenberg Leadership Scholar. She earned her B.A. in Politics-Philosophy through the Politics, Philosophy, and Economics (PPE) Program, along with a minor in French and certificates in Corporation and Community Relations, Public and Professional Writing, and Global Studies with a concentration in Cultural Dynamics.  With a multidisciplinary academic background and hands-on legal experience, Alexandra offers thoughtful legal counsel tailored to the needs of modern enterprises.
