Benjamen’s practice is devoted to corporate law and transactional matters, including middle market mergers and acquisitions (both buy and sell-side transactions), corporate governance and contract drafting and negotiation. Ben is a graduate of Florida State University (B.S., Finance and Marketing) and the University of Georgia School of Law (J.D.).
When not working, Ben spends his time with his family and friends, playing soccer, and enjoying Florida’s warm weather with his Great Dane, Vinnie.
