Adam is a transactional lawyer with expertise in a wide range of corporate law and governance matters, including mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, reorganizations, joint ventures, business combinations, complex contract drafting and negotiation, and federal income taxation.
Specializing in middle market mergers and acquisitions, his experience is extensive on both buy- and sell-side transactions. Adam is also highly skilled in negotiating industry-specific production, distribution and importing agreements, operating agreements, shareholder agreements, restrictive covenants and executive employment and compensation agreements. In addition, he excels at rendering creative, pragmatic and functional advice in all aspects of corporate law strategy and implementation.
Owing to his skill and highest of ethical standards, Adam maintains an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell and has repeatedly been recognized as a preeminent attorney by Super Lawyers, Florida Trends Legal Elite and the South Florida Legal Guide.
Adam is a Miami native and currently resides in Weston. When not practicing law, Adam devotes his time to his community by serving as the President of the ALS Recovery Fund and is a member of the Advisory Board of the Department of Neurology at the UM Miller School of Medicine and a Board Member of Banyan Health Systems. He also sits on the board of Temple Dor Dorim as its Past President. He recharges his batteries by spending time with his wife, two daughters and beloved dogs (his wife and kids are beloved, too!).
