Megan’s practice focuses on corporate and transactional matters, including middle market mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, and contract drafting and negotiation.
Megan earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law, where she graduated cum laude with a concentration in Transactional Law, was a Dean’s List honoree, and served on the executive board of the Business Law Society. Prior to law school, she completed a dual degree program at Harding University, earning both a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration, a foundation that informs her practical, business-minded approach to client work.
